We got notified today that the Europe shipping is complete. So if you are in Europe your rewards should be on their way to you now.
For everyone else in the world, you should have received your rewards. If you are NOT in Europe and have not yet received your rewards, please contact us right away.
If you are in Europe, your package is coming from the UK, so give it a few days to a week and if you still have not received your rewards yet, please let us know.

Visions of Cthulhu: Shipping from the USA complete.

As of today we completed all the shipping from the USA. This includes the few replacement chests that had broken.
At this point everyone should have received their rewards, or received a tracking number (if you filled out your surveys, and completed everything requested. )
The main exception is Europe. All the rewards have been sent to the distributors and should arrive this week. From there, GMS will ship them out quickly. We thank you for your patience. Shipping the Gypsum chests made us extremely nervous and we wanted to make sure we packed them in such a way as to give them the best chance to arrive to their final destination in tact.

First off, we should be getting the rest of the wooden chests any day now, And the replacement Gypsum chests in a week, so we can finish this campaign up.
Second, we will be at Reaper Con this weekend. If you will be there and still need your rewards, let us know and we can make sure to bring them! But either way, come by and say hello.
Finally, for those that had a broken Gypsum Chest. You may get a letter asking you to bring it in. Please do so, but the cards are NOT part of the claim. Do not let them take your cards. We only claimed the chests on the insurance claim. If they insist, go ahead.
Let us know if you got the letter and took it in.

The remainder of the wooden chests have been completed and are on their way to us now.
As soon as they arrive we will be shipping a large set of boxes to our distributor in the UK. So those of you in Europe, it will probably still be a bit. But hope is on the horizon.
After we get the EU package out, we will return to shipping out the remainder of our backers who ordered wooden chests with your rewards.
For our Canadian backers. The rewards have reached our distributor there and they should be going out to you shortly.
For those few that had damage to your Gypsum chests. Those are in the process of being recreated. We have not lost any since we improved our packing methods. We hope it stays that way.

We believe we have a full list of those that chests broke in shipping. We are making replacements for those now, and the new Wooden chests are underway. We are hoping to receive the first batch later this week and can begin shipping those right away.
We have changed how we are packing the Gypsum chests and have sent a test run. If it works, we will do some more soon to follow.
If you are not in the EU/Canada or had a wooden chest, you should have received your Vision of Cthulhu cards already. If not, please let us know. There are still a few Gypsum chests outstanding as well, we are waiting for the test run to complete before we finish those.
